Water Hygiene
All UK water companies require individuals entering clean water sites or working on the clean water network – known as ‘Restricted Operations’, to hold a National Water Hygiene EUSR registration.
Safe Digging
covers the minimum training and assessment required for those working to safely excavate and maintain holes and trenches using both hand tools and hand-held power tools. The standard has been derived from the following National Occupational Standards.

Terms and Conditions:
Course correspondence and confirmation:
All correspondence regarding bookings will be sent to the named booker on the booking form.
Nothing will be sent to the individual delegates; it is the responsibility of the booker to pass all information onto the delegate.
Payment:
On receipt of your booking form an invoice will be sent for the full amount, no earlier than three months before the start of the course. Our payment terms are from the date of the invoice. Please make sure that if your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice that this detail is included on your booking form. Accreditation documentation will be posted upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 21 working days prior to the course date – no fee
Within 14-20 working days of the course start date - 50% fee
Less than 14 working days – full course cost
Transfer Policy:
To transfer a named delegate to an alternative date charges will be levied as follows:
More than 21 working days prior to the course date – no fee
Within 02 - 21 working days and 10 working days inclusive - £10 administration fee plus VAT
Substitutions:
Substitution of delegates may be made with no fee but must be advised in advance so that course information can be amended.
